 ABOUT CRUISER PREMIUM PLUS 8-10 PERS
The OCTO Fly C from the Estivale range of canal boats is the largest in the fleet at 15 metres long. It is the flagship boat produced by the Nicols boatyard and despite being the longest it is easy to drive thanks to bow thrusters.
This canal barge offers four cabins and four bathrooms at the very highest comfort standards available on a boating holiday. The OCTO Fly C is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob and oven, TV with satellite antenna, radio / CD / MP3 player, shore supply of 220 volts and a generator to allow 220 volts power even while cruising. What’s more the canal boat has air conditioning for additional comfort which is especially welcome in warmer regions such as the Canal du Midi.
The boat has a covered rear terrace with table and chairs and access to the upper deck. Here there is a small dining area and outdoor kitchen in the shade underneath an awning. The second steering position and two deck matresses for sunbathing can also be found here.
As with all boats in the Estivale range, there is a swim ladder for easy on/off access and a deck shower.

  • PRICE INCLUDED
    • The hiring of the boat with all its equipment, crockery, cutlery, bed-linen and towels
    • The navigation toll due to the authorities in France. In other countries, money was provided for locks and bridges
    • The insurance for the boat
    • One gas reservoir of 12 or 13 kg according to the countries (the first is free, the others are to be paid for)
    • Navigation initiation on departure
    • Technical assistance 7 days of the week (during opening hours).

  • PRICE NOT INCLUDED
    • The fuel costs are to be paid directly to the base when you give the boat back depending on how many hours the engine has run (hourly f lat rate). An advance for the fuel will be requested by your departure base. This advance will be deducted from the amount really due, as shown by the hour meter when you give the boat back. For the Pénichettes equipped with fuel central heating (e.g. Flying Bridge) the price varies depending on the season and amount used. The price doesn't include any eventual bottles of gas used as well for the heating.
    • Navigation guide for each area of France: 30 euros (to be booked early in order to receive it by mail before your departure). Available only for the France Waterways, in French-English and German.
    • Cancellation insurance, not obligatory, 5% of the hiring price (see general conditions)
    • Supplement for the boat in the case of one way trip : 200 euros
    This supplement does not concern the repatriation of the crew.
    • Paying locks and bridge in some countries (free in France)

    All terrain bicycle rental : 50 euros/week (Except in Italy, foldable bicycle: 8 euros / jour)

    • Cleaning service at the end of the trip : between 130 and 160 euros depending on the boat.

  • DEPOSIT IN GUARANTEE
